Do you offer gown hire?

For international customers, we don't hire gowns. We sell brand-new gowns that are often better value than local hire, and you get to keep yours.

Is the fabric comfortable for long ceremonies?

Yes, our gowns use breathable premium fabric designed for comfort during extended wear.

Do you accept international orders?

  • Yes. We currently ship to Singapore, Australia, UAE and Japan. Overseas academic styles are welcome.
  • Select “Make Your Own Gown” service on the top of the page to contact us for specific university designs.
  • If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us and we’ll assist manually.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), Apple Pay/Google Pay, and bank transfer/FPS in Hong Kong. For institutional/School/University orders, please request a quotation and we can arrange invoice payment.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Hong Kong.

What is your return policy?

We don't accept change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or in a different colour or size from what you ordered, contact us and we'll cover return shipping. UK customers can still cancel within 14 days of receiving their order under UK consumer law, and in that case the return postage is paid by the customer.

Can you make regalia for my specific university?

Yes, through our Make Your Own Gown service. Send us your university's regalia details and we'll confirm what we can produce.

Do you offer pricing for schools and universities?

Yes. Request a quotation for institutional or bulk orders, and we can arrange invoice payment.
