Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
For custom or made-to-order items, processing time may extend beyond this window depending on production requirements. You will be notified if your order requires additional lead time.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the following regions:
• Singapore
• Australia
• United Kingdom
• Hong Kong
Additional destinations will be added progressively. If your country is not currently listed at checkout, contact us at tyg.hk@gmail.com to enquire about availability.
3. Shipping Costs
Complimentary shipping is included on all orders. No separate shipping charge will be applied at checkout. Shipping costs are incorporated into product pricing.
This applies to standard international shipping to all currently served destinations.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
The following are estimated transit times from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier workload, and customs processing.
• Singapore: 5–10 business days
• Australia: 7–14 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
• Hong Kong: 2–5 business days
These are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to severe weather, public holidays, or industrial action.
5. Carriers
We ship via a mix of reputable international carriers selected based on destination and service level. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your dispatch notification.
6. Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and destination. Some international routes may have limited mid-transit visibility, with updates resuming upon arrival in the destination country.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us at tyg.hk@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:
• The buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, customs charges, and local taxes levied by the destination country's authorities
• These charges are not included in the product price or at checkout
• We have no visibility into or control over customs processing times or the charges applied
We strongly recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
United Kingdom
Goods shipped from outside the United Kingdom are subject to UK customs procedures. Orders valued above £135 (per consignment) are liable for import VAT and potentially customs duty, which will be collected by the carrier or customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not pre-paid by us.
Tick Your Gown Limited is not currently registered for UK VAT. We will register upon reaching the applicable threshold.
Australia
The Australian Border Force may apply GST and customs duties to imported goods. Tick Your Gown Limited is not currently registered for Australian GST. We will register upon reaching the applicable threshold of AUD 75,000 in annual sales to Australian consumers.
Singapore
Goods entering Singapore may be subject to GST. Buyers are responsible for any applicable import charges upon delivery.
8. Delivery Issues
Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at tyg.hk@gmail.com with your order number. We will liaise with the carrier to investigate.
Incorrect Address
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Redelivery or reshipping costs arising from address errors will be charged to the buyer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a carrier is unable to deliver and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Reshipping costs will be charged to the buyer.
